Terms and conditions
Last updated: 26 Oct 2026
1. About this registration
These terms apply when you register through Registration Portal. By ticking "I agree to the terms and conditions" and submitting the form, you accept them.
2. Your registration
- You must give accurate, complete information about yourself and keep it up to date.
- Register only yourself, using an email address and mobile number you control.
- One registration per person unless the organiser allows more.
- After submitting you receive a registration ID and a QR code. Depending on the event, your registration may first need to be reviewed and approved.
3. Your QR code
- Your QR code is personal and works like a ticket. Do not share, copy or sell it.
- Anyone holding a copy of your code can try to use it, so keep it private.
- Staff scan the code to verify your registration. Codes may be valid only once, or once per day.
- If you lose your code or think someone else has it, contact us so we can replace it. Old codes stop working when a new one is issued.
4. Approval, refusal and cancellation
The organiser may approve, reject, suspend or cancel a registration — for example if information is false, a registration is duplicated, these terms are broken, or capacity is reached. We tell you by email or SMS when your registration is approved or rejected.
5. Messages we send
We send messages about your registration (confirmation, approval or rejection, new or revoked QR codes) by email and SMS. These are service messages, not marketing.
6. Acceptable use
Do not submit registrations automatically, use someone else's details, try to guess or forge QR codes, or interfere with the service. Such registrations may be cancelled.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". We take reasonable care to keep it available and accurate, but we are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as network or provider outages.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms: the organiser.
